Morning Meet-Up

It is a peer-based, guided conversation focused on building resilience, accountability, and connection while navigating the realities of everyday life.

This is not therapy.

Each session includes a focused theme and space for participants to share what they are facing — stress, relationships, discipline, burnout, identity, leadership, or transition.

Sessions follow a consistent format and are facilitated by Taylor, LISW and Veteran, to ensure respectful, steady discussion.

Confidentiality is expected. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
