WHO WE SERVE
Veterans & First Responders
Those who protect our communities and defend our nation often carry invisible wounds — chronic stress, trauma exposure, physical injuries, sleep disruption, and burnout.
THE PROBLEM WE’RE SOLVING
Care is Fragmented
Mental health services operate separately from physical rehabilitation. Holistic and advanced recovery therapies are financially inaccessible. Long wait times and siloed systems prevent early intervention.
OUR INTEGRATED MODEL
Multiple Disciplines.
By integrating therapy, rehabilitation, and recovery services under one roof, we remove barriers, improve communication between providers, and deliver measurable, lasting impact.
OUR PROGRAMS
Victory Through Sacrifice offers flexible, accessible support for Veterans and First Responders.
Participants may schedule individual services such as physical therapy, fitness training, therapy, or performance-based rehabilitation. We also host a free Veteran & First Responder MMA class and a monthly peer support group.
For those seeking a more immersive experience, we offer structured 90-day cohort programs four times per year—providing coordinated care, accountability, and community in a comprehensive format.
Whether you’re looking for one service or a fully integrated program, support is available.

Testimonials
Jiu Jitsu and the other programs offered through VTS have provided me with a community of people who value growth that adversity provides and the camaraderie that is born from doing hard things together.
– Seth Page
I was first introduced to Victory Through Sacrifice through the Vet Center. As both a veteran and a first responder, I’ve struggled with physical and mental health challenges. Through VTS, I’ve utilized services like eTMS and Azimuth Therapeutic, which have made a real difference in my recovery. VTS has not only helped me address depression and get my brain functioning again — it’s also given me a sense of community and space for personal growth.
– Police Officer & Veteran
Training Jiu Jitsu at Vision provides one of the few spaces in my life where I absolutely cannot deceive myself. There’s no faking ability, no shortcuts that one can take- it is what it is on the mats and the sobriety of mind that provides is invaluable. That this happens in a space that is both welcoming and safe is a true Blessing.
– Taylor Katt, Veteran
I like training at Vision as a veteran for a multitude of reasons, none more important to me than the sense of community. After leaving the military, many veterans feel lost as they try to find their new tribe. For many of us, the relationships we formed in the military stem from a shared suffering experience. Juijitsu now occupies the similar gap for me on the civilian side, and it’s been a pleasure to make some new lifetime friends along the way.
– Josh Stanley
Jiu-jitsu at Vision adds so much to my life. Primarily it is a chance to learn an awesome skill, continually be humbled, and push through adversity. On top of all that it is a great community with the chance to train and learn from people with different backgrounds and life situations.
